Remove Powered By Badge
The "Powered by AiChatVault" attribution appears in all chat interfaces — widget, iframe, REST API replies, and all messaging channels — by default. This attribution is required under our Terms of Service (§10).
The only authorised way to remove attribution
There are exactly two authorised methods to remove the "Powered by AiChatVault" attribution:

Customising agent branding
After removing the badge you can fully brand each agent. Open an agent, go to Settings → Chat Interface, and configure:

For advanced branding, click Advanced UI Customization → from the Chat Interface tab to set:
- •Logo / profile image (widget_logo or profile_image field) — uploaded image shown in the widget header.
- •Widget theme — light or dark mode for the entire widget.
- •Widget position — where the launcher button sits on the page.
- •Custom CSS — inject your own stylesheet rules directly into the widget.
Enterprise plan
Enterprise workspaces have Brand Removal included automatically via the has_brand_removal plan flag. No add-on purchase is needed — the badge is hidden from the moment the Enterprise plan is active.
