White Label Overview
White labelling in AIChatVault covers two independent features that you can purchase separately or unlock through your plan: Brand Removal and Custom Domain. They solve different problems and are priced independently.
Brand Removal
Brand Removal hides the "Powered by AIChatVault" badge that appears in the footer of every chat widget. Once active, the badge disappears automatically for all agents in your workspace — no per-agent toggle is required.

Custom Domain
Custom Domain lets you serve your agent's public Help Page on your own domain (e.g. help.yourcompany.com) instead of the default AIChatVault subdomain.

Agent branding — available on all plans
Regardless of your plan or add-ons, every workspace can customise the visual appearance of each agent's chat widget from Settings → Chat Interface:
